Customers are eligible for exchanging other jewellery within 10 days of the purchase made in case you wish to change.
Returns made beyond this time limit will not be encouraged.
Note: The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused by the customer.

The product that has to be exchanged should be accompanied either by an original copy of the invoice, Manual bill if the jewellery purchased in the store or the screenshot of the chat if purchased via Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram.
The customer can purchase any new product by exchanging if the price of the new product purchased is more than the old product, the customer will have to pay the price difference value.
All shipping expenses have to be borne by the customer and can be shipped to us along with the product to be exchanged with the invoice.
We will gladly replace the item for you.
In case if the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition, it will be eligible for a free replacement provided the exact item is available on stock if not you can exchange for other items or can have a credit note for your future purchase.
In case you have got a change of heart and wish to return the product back to us, we will happily exchange it for you with a condition mentioned below.
No refunds are entertained, Instead, the customers are only eligible for the store credit note and the purchase of the jewellery can be made for the same price value or more.
The customers can make use of the credit note either online or offline.
There is no expiry date on your credit note,you can purchase anytime at your convenience.
