As our jewels are handmade, there may be minor variations in the design, and they may not be an exact mirror image. This is a natural part of artisanal craftsmanship and is what makes each piece uniquely beautiful.

Domestic Shipping:
- A shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied to orders.
- Orders will be shipped within 20 –30 working days. Please note: Certain customized designs may require additional 2–3 weeks for dispatch due to their unique craftsmanship and making time.an
- After that, Domestic Orders will reach within 3 days based on the location.

- A shipping charge of ₹2800 will be applied to orders.
- Orders will be shipped within 20 – 30 working days. Please note that delivery times may extend to up to 2 to 3 weeks for certain designs due to their uniqueness and making time.
- After that, International Orders will reach within 5-7 days based on the location.
- Please note that Queens is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or any other unforeseen circumstances. Any customs duties or taxes imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.

- You may exchange any jewelry purchased from us for 30% of its original purchase value towards your next purchase
- If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will gladly exchange the damaged item or provide a credit note for the full purchase value, to be used towards a future purchase.
- To exchange a newly purchased item, return it to us within 10 days of receipt. You may choose to exchange it for jewelry of the same value or higher, or opt for a credit note.
- As our jewels are handcrafted with care, each piece is unique. Therefore, cancellation or refund is not available once an order is placed, even in the case of unforeseen delays. We assure our customers that we will sincerely work to fulfill every order at the earliest possible.

Queens Almirah
The product specifications and details (colour, weight, height) that are mentioned on the Queens almirah website are not the exact values but only the approximate values. Any return request that is raised based on these attributes will not be accepted. All the saree pictures are taken using camera and in lighting. There is a chance of a slight difference in colour as seen in the site as compared to the actuals.
The garments usually tend to reflect in different shades under different lights, which is why the variation in the shade of colour tend to occur in the images on the website and is considered normal
Always dry clean silk and zari sarees. For cotton or georgette sarees, use cold water and mild detergent for handwashing.Iron silk sarees on low heat and on the reverse side. Use a steam iron for cotton and linen sarees to avoid creases.Store sarees in breathable cotton or muslin bags, away from plastic. Refold periodically to avoid permanent creases.For zari sarees, wrap in muslin cloth to protect metallic threads from moisture and air exposure.Air sarees occasionally in the shade and use natural repellents like neem leaves to prevent moths and mildew.
