1. Do you have a Physical Store?
Yes! We have a physical store at Coimbatore with an aesthetically designed interior for a great shopping experience. Customers can touch, feel and try the jewellery before buying.
2. How long will it take to ship my order?
Queens provides free and secure shipping on all items within India and an average charge of 1500/- INR will apply for all international shipping. Jewellery will be shipped in 3 days from order if available on stock if not will be dispatched in 2 weeks. All domestic courier shipments will reach in 1-3 days from shipping and 5-7 working days overseas. Shipping will be through our renowned courier partners like DHL or FedEx.
3. What is the jewellery made of?
Our exquisite array of jewellery is made of combination metals like silver, brass, and copper and finished with a 24 ct gold sheet forming that stays for over 10 years or more without repolishing.
4. Do you provide any guarantee?
Yes! We provide an official guarantee of one year from the time of purchase. We at Queens to delight our customers offer free 1-year maintenance that includes all repairs caused by normal wear and tear any repolishing if needed.

Note - Our jewellery stays for over 15 years without losing its sheen but a minimum Charge will be applicable for servicing after the guarantee period of one year.
5. Do you have any Exchange value?
Yes! We offer 30% Lifetime Exchange value for all purchases made from Queens. The jewellery can be exchanged any time in future to another product and deduct 30% of the cost of their earlier bill.

If you wish to exchange the newly bought jewellery you can send it back to us within 10 days from purchase and exchange for the same value or have a credit note with us.No cancellation or REFUND will be entertained once the order is confirmed.
6. Can you customize our dream jewellery?
Of course ! Our designer Mrs .Sujatha PrakashBabu helps you figure out the details and guide you through each step in re-creating the custom jewellery design with ease. You can share your thoughts on the patterns, discuss the design and ideas with our designer or share any pictures from online where we will send you a mock sketch to discuss the outcome and go ahead with work. Since the jewellery is handmade there might be minor intricacy variations. We would recreate the pattern but that might not be an exact replica or mirror image. Receive your custom piece within 2 to 3 weeks from order.
7. Can we repolish the jewellery?
Yes! We can repolish or service any of your jewellery bought with Queens. Our jewels will stay like real gold without tarnishing for over 15 years if maintained properly.
8. Is your payment gateway secure?
Yes! Definitely our payment gateway is absolutely safe and secure. We use PayPal gateway for payment transactions which is also very safe and private.
9. Do you have a COD service?
Sorry! we do not provide COD services.
10. What if i am not able to place an order online?

11. How do I track my order?
If you own an account with us, log in and check for the order status. If not we will mail you the tracking details in a day.
12. What if I need to return, something I purchase?
Customers are eligible for exchanging other jewellery within 10 days of the purchase made in case you wish to change. Returns made beyond this time limit will not be encouraged.

Note: The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused by the customer.

It is very unlikely that you are not happy with the purchase, you can send it back carefully to the address

Also, mail us to shop@queens.com mentioning the "return of the order" Followed by the reason of the order cancellation with the tracking number. We will exchange with a new item for the same or higher value.
13. Will you refund the money back?
No refunds are entertained, instead, the customers are only eligible for the store credit note and the purchase of the jewellery can be made for the same price value or more. The customers can make use of the credit note either online or offline. There is no expiry date for the credit note. As per the company policies we, not issue refunds.
14. Can I cancel my order?
Order once made with us cannot be cancelled.
15. What if I receive a damaged product?
We take great care in packaging the jewellery. Still if it is damaged during transit we will gladly replace a new item for you. Kindly revert us back within 2 days from receiving your order on hand.
