Yes! We provide an official guarantee of one year from the time of purchase. We at Queens to delight our customers offer free 1-year maintenance that includes all repairs caused by normal wear and tear any repolishing if needed.

Note - Our jewellery stays for over 15 years without losing its sheen but a minimum Charge will be applicable for servicing after the guarantee period of one year.

Exchange Policy

At Queens, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to reflect timeless elegance. While we ensure strict quality standards, we are here to support you with a seamless exchange experience.
• As all our jewellery is handcrafted, slight variations in finish, tone, or detailing are natural and not considered defects.
• Products can be exchanged within 10 days from the date of delivery in case of damage, manufacturing concerns, or if the product does not meet your expectations.
• You may choose to exchange for another jewellery piece of same or higher value, or opt for a credit note for the full purchase value for future use.
• If your item arrives damaged, please inform us immediately upon delivery. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full-value credit note.
• The product must be unused and returned in original condition with packaging.
• No refunds or cancellations are applicable once an order is placed.
• Exchange requests beyond 10 days will not be accepted.
• For international orders, in rare cases of exchange, the product must be sent back to India by the customer. Once received, we will deliver the replacement to an Indian address provided by you, free of shipping cost. International reshipping is not included due to high logistics costs, but our team will always support you in resolving the concern.

You can share your thoughts on the patterns, discuss the design and ideas with our executive and share any pictures from online where we will send you a mock sketch to discuss the outcome and go ahead with work. Since the jewellery is handmade there might be minor intricacy variations. We would recreate the pattern but that might not be an exact replica or mirror image. Receive your custom piece within 2 to 3 weeks from order.

Yes! We can repolish or service any of your jewellery bought with Queens. Our jewels will stay like real gold without tarnishing for over 15 years if maintained properly.

Yes! Definitely our payment gateway is absolutely safe and secure. We use Razor pay, Cashfree and PayPal gateway for payment transactions which is also very safe and private.

After we receive and verify the product, our team will assist you in selecting an alternative product of your choice within the same category (jewellery for jewellery / saree for saree).

Please note: Returns are accepted only for exchange or online credit note, as per our policy.

No refunds are entertained, instead, the customers are only eligible for credit note and the purchase of the jewellery can be made for the same price value or more. The customers can make use of the credit note either online or offline. There is no expiry date for the credit note. As per the company policies we do not issue refunds.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, as each product is individually handcrafted and made with care upon confirmation.

We take utmost care in packaging your jewellery. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, we will gladly assist you with a replacement.
Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.

If there is any damage during transit, please don’t worry. we’ll help you with the best possible solution. You can choose whichever option is most convenient:

* Minor Damage: Small issues, such as a fallen stone, can usually be easily fixed locally.

* If You’re Visiting India: If you’re planning to visit India, simply bring the jewellery with you, and we’ll get it fixed for you.

* If You Have an Indian Address: Send it to us, and we’ll fix it and send it back to your Indian address free of shipping charges.

* If You’re Returning from Abroad: You can send the jewellery back to us, and we’ll arrange the replacement. Shipping costs both ways will be borne by the customer.
