Exchange and Refund
Queens Jewel Emporium
Customers who wish to exchange their jewelry may do so within 10 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, the returned item must meet the following criteria: it must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused. This ensures that the product remains in its original condition for a successful exchange. Please note that any items returned after the 10-day period will not be eligible for exchange, as we strive to maintain a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
Category-Specific Exchanges Only:
Jewellery purchases can only be exchanged for other jewellery items.
Saree purchases can only be exchanged for other sarees.
Product Condition & Documentation:
To process an exchange, the product must be returned with one of the following
The original invoice
A manual bill (if purchased directly from our store)
A screenshot of chat or purchase confirmation (for purchases via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram)
Price Difference:
If the new product is more expensive than the exchanged item, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
Shipping Costs:
All shipping costs associated with the return are the customer's responsibility. Please include the invoice with the package to avoid delays.
We’re happy to assist you with returns and exchanges.
Please note: For domestic orders, ₹100 of the return shipping cost will be covered by us. Any additional shipping charges beyond this amount must be borne by the customer.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and ensuring it reaches us safely.
Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy
We proudly offer a lifetime exchange and buyback value of 30% of the original purchase price for our jewellery items. This provides our loyal customers with flexibility and long-term value.
Damaged or Defective Items
Domestic Within India :
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to transit.
We will replace it at no extra cost, if the exact item is available in stock.
If not, you may Choose an alternative product of equal or higher value (by paying the difference), or Receive a store credit note for the full purchase value.
International Orders
For international shipments, minor issues caused during transit that are easily repairable should be fixed locally.
Alternatively, customers or their relatives visiting India may send the item back for an exchange.
🔁 Refunds are not applicable in such cases.
Exchanges or refunds will be considered only if the product is received in a severely damaged and unwearable condition, subject to our team’s evaluation.

Refunds and Store Credit Notes
No Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for any purchases.
Store Credit Note: If a product needs to be returned, a credit note will be issued for the value of the returned item.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully processed, as order fulfillment commences immediately. For any

GIFT CARD POLICY
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift cards may only be redeemed against purchases made through Queens Almirah.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not provided as a standard practice. However, extreme exceptions may be made in cases where the product is received damaged or an
incorrect item has been dispatched.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We request customers to carefully review the following terms regarding product exchanges:
Every product undergoes stringent quality checks prior to dispatch. To facilitate any exchange request related to defects or damages, it is
mandatory to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.
Products purchased during promotional sales or discount periods are not eligible
for return, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges will not be entertained on account of color discrepancies, as product images on our website are professionally captured for the best accuracy.
Products that have been altered (including blouses cut or tasselled), gift cards, and sale items are excluded from our exchange policy.
Exchange requests, accompanied by order details and unboxing videos (for defective or damaged products), must be submitted within 24 hours of product receipt for assessment.
Queens Almirah reserves the right to accept or decline exchange requests, providing clear reasons in such cases.
Upon approval, customers are requested to ship the product to the following address:

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer and are non-refundable. Delivery timelines for exchanged products may vary based on location.
Queens Almirah shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper handling, exposure to adverse conditions, stains, overuse, or normal wear and tear.
Please ensure that the blouse is not detached from the saree prior to shipping the product for exchange.
