Exchange and Refund

Customers who wish to exchange their jewelry may do so within 10 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, the returned item must meet the following criteria: it must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused. This ensures that the product remains in its original condition for a successful exchange. Please note that any items returned after the 10-day period will not be eligible for exchange, as we strive to maintain a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.

Lifetime Exchange and Buyback

We greatly value your investment in our jewelry and are proud to offer a lifetime exchange and buyback policy to all our loyal customers. This means that if you wish to exchange or buy back a product, we will provide an exchange value equivalent to 30% of the original purchase price. This offer is designed to give you flexibility and assurance in your purchase.

To facilitate an exchange or buyback, the product must be returned along with one of the following documentation:

  • The original invoice provided at the time of purchase
  • A manual bill, if the jewelry was purchased directly from our store
  • A screenshot of the chat or purchase confirmation if the jewelry was bought via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram

If you choose a new product that is more expensive than the exchanged item, you will be required to pay the difference in price. It is important to note that all shipping costs for returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer. When sending the item back, please ensure that you include the original invoice with the package to facilitate a smooth exchange process.

Damage during transit:

In the unfortunate event that your jewelry arrives damaged or defective due to transit, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost, provided the exact item is available in our stock. If the exact item is not in stock, you will have the option to exchange it for another item of equal value or higher, or receive a credit note for
future purchases. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, even if issues arise during delivery.

Refund policy

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for any purchases. If you find that you need to return a product, we will issue a store credit note equivalent to the value of the returned item. This credit note can be used for future purchases either online or in-store, providing you with the flexibility to choose another product at your convenience. There is no expiry date on the credit note, allowing you ample time to use it. This policy helps us maintain our commitment to offering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
