A contract for the sale of goods will only exist between you and Queens Jewel Emporium once we have accepted your order by sending a confirmation email and processing payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, or Razorpay. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we cannot obtain payment authorization, if shipping restrictions apply, if the item does not meet our
quality standards, or if there are errors in pricing or product details. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from our refusal to accept your order.

Payment

When making a purchase, you confirm that the PayPal account, credit/debit card, or Razorpay account used is either your own or that you have authorization from the account/card owner to use it. All transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer or payment provider. If the issuer or payment provider refuses to authorize the payment, Queens Jewel Emporium will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery.

Payments can be made via PayPal, credit/debit cards, or Razorpay. All transactions are secure, processed through these trusted payment gateways, which encrypt card details in a secure environment. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include VAT. Shipping charges are outlined in our shipping policies: free shipping within India and ₹2500 for international shipping.

Order cancellation

Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or refunds are not permitted. If you wish to exchange a newly purchased item, it must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Exchanges can be made for the same value or a credit note for future use. Any requests for order concerns should be sent to shop@queens.com with the appropriate subject line. Exchanging items after 10 days is at the discretion of Queens Jewel Emporium. Defective and Damaged Item

We take great care in packaging our jewelry. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. Email us at
shop@queens.com or WhatsApp us at +91 77088 88279 with an image of the damaged product. We will assist you promptly by replacing the item or providing a credit note if the exact item is not in stock.

All items should be inspected immediately upon receipt to confirm they are undamaged and as described. Failure to inspect and report damage may result in loss of compensation rights. If you receive an item that is defective or not as ordered, contact us within 10 working days for resolution.

Refunds and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at shop@queens.com. We offer a 30% lifetime exchange value on all purchases. Jewelry can be exchanged at any time in the future, deducting 30% from the cost of the original purchase. Exchanges must be requested within 10 days from the date of purchase.
