Shipping Timelines

Our standard dispatch timeline is 15–25 working days. Due to the high volume of Sale orders currently being processed, new orders may require an additional 25 working days.

In rare circumstances or for intricate designs, craftsmanship may require up to 50 working days for dispatch.

Your jewellery is handcrafted just for you. It’ll be worth the wait.

Once shipped, delivery timelines are as follows:

Domestic Orders:

2–4 working days based on your location.
International Orders:

Typically delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your country’s customs and local courier processes.

Note : Please ensure your name, shipping address, and phone number are correct before placing your order. Any changes requested after dispatch will incur an additional ₹1,850 + GST international courier processing fee.

During the sale, delivery time might be extended up to 20-35 working days, along with the standard delivery time.

Made-to-Order Items

If your order includes a made-to-order piece, please allow an additional 2 to 3 weeks for us to complete the crafting, finishing, and quality checks. We’ll notify you when your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Charges

Within India:

A standard shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied to every domestic order.

International:

A flat shipping charge of ₹2800 is applicable, regardless of the destination country.

For international orders, our standard carton limit is 1 kg and 39*23*8 CM.
If your package exceeds either limit, additional shipping charges apply based on its actual weight and size. We’ll contact you to inform the exact cost with you before shipping, and the additional charge will be borne by the customer.

Customs & Import Duties

We strive to ensure smooth and timely delivery across the globe.
For most international shipments, customs duties or import taxes are not typically applicable. However, in the rare instance if they are, these charges will need to be borne by the customer, in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

Please note that Queens Jewel Emporium is not liable for any such additional costs, including duties, taxes, or clearance fees. While we ensure prompt and secure dispatch from our side, any delays caused by customs procedures in your country are unfortunately beyond our control.

Queens Almirah charges ₹100/- only for shipping across India. For international orders, shipping is charged at ₹2,800/-net.

We work with trusted courier partners, and if your location is not serviceable through regular carriers, we’ll arrange suitable alternatives—please ensure your complete shipping address and order details are mentioned carefully while placing your order.

Orders placed in a single cart will be shipped to one address. If you need delivery to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

For domestic orders, any additional local taxes are to be borne by the customer. For international deliveries, all custom
duties, import taxes, or additional clearance charges applicable in the
destination country must be paid by the customer.

Orders are typically dispatched within 7-14 working days based on product availability. However, some exclusive pieces shall take longer if it’s on high demand as all our weaves are authentically crafted with great care.However, pre-orders or made-to-order items may take longer—delivery timelines for these will be shared at the time of purchase on the website itself.
