Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • The saree is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The saree must not be altered, damaged, or worn.
  • Custom orders and items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.

Note: Returns will not be accepted for slight variations in color or texture, as these are part of the unique character of handcrafted sarees.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your item for a different saree, color, or size, we are happy to accommodate exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the return conditions mentioned above.

To exchange an item:
