• As all our jewellery is handcrafted, slight variations in finish, tone, or detailing are natural and not considered defects.
• Products can be exchanged within 10 days from the date of delivery in case of damage, manufacturing concerns, or if the product does not meet your expectations.
• You may choose to exchange for another jewellery piece of same or higher value, or opt for a credit note for the full purchase value for future use.
• If your item arrives damaged, please inform us immediately upon delivery. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full-value credit note.
• The product must be unused and returned in original condition with packaging.
• No refunds or cancellations are applicable once an order is placed.
• Exchange requests beyond 10 days will not be accepted.
• For international orders, in rare cases of exchange, the product must be sent back to India by the customer. Once received, we will deliver the replacement to an Indian address provided by you, free of shipping cost. International reshipping is not included due to high logistics costs, but our team will always support you in resolving the concern.
