The product specifications and details (colour, weight, height) that are mentioned on the Queens almirah website are not the exact values but only the approximate values. Any return request that is raised based on these attributes will not be accepted. All the saree pictures are taken using camera and in lighting. There is a chance of a slight difference in colour as seen in the site as compared to the actuals.
The garments usually tend to reflect in different shades under different lights, which is why the variation in the shade of colour tend to occur in the images on the website and is considered normal

Always dry clean silk and zari sarees. For cotton or georgette sarees, use cold water and mild detergent for handwashing.Iron silk sarees on low heat and on the reverse side. Use a steam iron for cotton and linen sarees to avoid creases.Store sarees in breathable cotton or muslin bags, away from plastic. Refold periodically to avoid permanent creases.For zari sarees, wrap in muslin cloth to protect metallic threads from moisture and air exposure.Air sarees occasionally in the shade and use natural repellents like neem leaves to prevent moths and mildew.

Domestic Shipping:

A shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied to all orders.

• Orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 working days.

International Shipping:

International orders are generally delivered within 10 to 20 working days from the dispatch date.

A flat shipping fee of ₹2800 applies to all international orders, irrespective of the order value.

Our standard international shipping charge is ₹2,800 for any number of products. However, in the case of sarees, if there is a significant difference in weight or package size, we will inform the customer before dispatch. Any additional shipping charges applicable will need to be paid by the customer.

Please note that Queens is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or any other unforeseen circumstances. Any customs duties or taxes imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.

At Queens, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our jewelry. If youreceive a damaged product, we offer an exchange under the following conditions:

• If your Saree arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will gladly exchange the damaged item or provide a credit note for the full purchase value, to be used towards a future purchase.

• To exchange a newly purchased item, return it to us within 10 days of receipt. You may choose to exchange it for Saree of the same value or higher, or opt for a credit note.

• Once an order is confirmed, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
