Any return request that is raised based on these attributes will not be accepted. All the saree pictures are taken using camera and in lighting. There is a chance of a slight difference in colour as seen in the site as compared to the actuals.
The garments usually tend to reflect in different shades under different lights, which is why the variation in the shade of colour tend to occur in the images on the website and is considered normal

Refold periodically to avoid permanent creases.For zari sarees, wrap in muslin cloth to protect metallic threads from moisture and air exposure.Air sarees occasionally in the shade and use natural repellents like neem leaves to prevent moths and mildew.

Domestic Shipping:

• If your Saree arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will gladly exchange the damaged item or provide a credit note for the full purchase value, to be used towards a future purchase.

• To exchange a newly purchased item, return it to us within 10 days of receipt. You may choose to exchange it for Saree of the same value or higher, or opt for a credit note.

• Once an order is confirmed, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
