Each piece is crafted by our artisans using semi precious stones and beads which will last like real gold for ages without fading and tarnishing. Our jewels are handcrafted with love, so they may have slight irregularities or imperfections. These unique characteristics add charm to each finished product, ensuring that you have a one of a kind piece.

• Clean your jewelry with a soft, 100% cotton cloth.

• Store the jewelry in airtight plastic boxes or zip-lock covers. Avoid using velvet jewelry boxes.

• Keep the jewels away from perfumes, deodorants, liquid cleaners, and chemical detergents, as they can dull the shine.

• If you sweat heavily, wipe the jewelry with a wet cloth and air dry before storing.

• Handle with care to avoid rough treatment.Follow these tips to ensure a longer shelf life, potentially lasting over 15 years,just like gold jewelry.

 Domestic Shipping:

• We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over ₹1000 within India.

• A shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied to orders below ₹1000.

• Orders typically arrive within 7 to 10 working days. Please note that delivery times may extend to up to 20 days for certain designs due to their uniqueness and making time.

International Shipping:

• International orders are generally delivered within 10 to 20 working days from the dispatch date.

• A flat shipping fee of ₹2500 applies to all international orders, irrespective of the order value.

• Please note that Queens is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or any other unforeseen circumstances. Any customs duties or taxes imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.

• If you need your order urgently, we suggest checking the number of days it will take to receive your package before placing your order. This ensures you can plan accordingly and receive your Queens jewelry in time.

• Each item is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Custom designs require up to 30 working days for production and delivery.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

At Queens, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our jewelry. If youreceive a damaged product, we offer an exchange under the following conditions:

• You may exchange any jewelry purchased from us for 30% of its original purchase value towards your next purchase

• If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will gladly exchange the damaged item or provide a credit note for the full purchase value, to be used towards a future purchase.

• To exchange a newly purchased item, return it to us within 10 days of receipt. You may choose to exchange it for jewelry of the same value or higher, or opt for a credit note.

• Once an order is confirmed, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
