The metal composition varies based on the design requirements of each piece. Styles such as Nagas and Kemp jewellery use different alloy blends to achieve their unique craftsmanship, detailing, and finish.

As each piece is individually handcrafted, subtle variations in finish or detailing may occur- these are not imperfections, but a reflection of true craftsmanship and uniqueness. This is premium handcrafted fashion jewellery and Silver is used for precision soldering; gold forms the final plated surface.  Domestic Shipping:

• Orders will be shipped within 7–14 working days. (During sale, shipping timeline might exceed upto 20-35 days)

• Please note: Certain customized designs may require additional 2–3 weeks for dispatch due to their unique craftsmanship and making time.

• A shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied to orders.

• Domestic Orders will reach within 3 days based on the location.
  

International Shipping:

• A standard shipping charge of ₹2800 will be applicable on all international orders, irrespective of the destination country, total weight, or number of items included in a single consignment.
  

• Orders will be shipped within 7 – 14 working days.

• During the sale, delivery time will be extended up to 20-35 days, along with the standard delivery time.

• Please note that delivery times may extend to up to 2 to 3 weeks for certain designs due to their uniqueness and making time.

• After that, International Orders will reach within 5-7 days based on the location.

• Please note that Queens is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or any other unforeseen circumstances. Any customs duties or taxes imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.

• As all our jewellery is handcrafted, slight variations in finish, tone, or detailing are natural and not considered defects.

• Products can be exchanged within 10 days from the date of delivery in case of damage, manufacturing concerns, or if the product does not meet your expectations.

• You may choose to exchange for another jewellery piece of same or higher value, or opt for a credit note for the full purchase value for future use.

• If your item arrives damaged, please inform us immediately upon delivery. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full-value credit note.

• The product must be unused and returned in original condition with packaging.

• No refunds or cancellations are applicable once an order is placed.

• Exchange requests beyond 10 days will not be accepted.

• For international orders, in rare cases of exchange, the product must be sent back to India by the customer. Once received, we will deliver the replacement to an Indian address provided by you, free of shipping cost. International reshipping is not included due to high logistics costs, but our team will always support you in resolving the concern.

• Store the jewelry in airtight plastic boxes or zip-lock covers. Avoid using velvet jewelry boxes.

• If you sweat heavily, wipe the jewelry with a wet cloth and air dry before storing.
