Our jewels are handcrafted with love, which means there may be slight irregularities or imperfections. These unique characteristics add charm and individuality to each finished product, ensuring you receive a truly one-of-a-kind piece.
As our jewels are handmade, there may be minor variations in the design, and they may not be an exact mirror image. This is a natural part of artisanal craftsmanship and is what makes each piece uniquely beautiful.

• Clean your jewelry with a soft, 100% cotton cloth.
• Store the jewelry in airtight plastic boxes or zip-lock covers. Avoid using velvet jewelry boxes.
• Keep the jewels away from perfumes, deodorants, liquid cleaners, and chemical detergents, as they can dull the shine.
• If you sweat heavily, wipe the jewelry with a wet cloth and air dry before storing.
• Handle with care to avoid rough treatment.Follow these tips to ensure a longer shelf life, potentially lasting over 15 years,just like gold jewelry.

 Domestic Shipping:

• A shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied to orders.
• Orders will be shipped within 20 –30 working days. Please note: Certain customized designs may require additional 2–3 weeks for dispatch due to their unique craftsmanship and making time.an
• After that, Domestic Orders will reach within 3 days based on the location.

International Shipping:

• A shipping charge of ₹2800 will be applied to orders.
• Orders will be shipped within 20 – 30 working days. Please note that delivery times may extend to up to 2 to 3 weeks for certain designs due to their uniqueness and making time.

• After that, International Orders will reach within 5-7 days based on the location.
  
• Please note that Queens is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or any other unforeseen circumstances. Any customs duties or taxes imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.

At Queens, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our jewelry. If you receive a damaged product, we offer an exchange under the following conditions:

• You may exchange any jewelry purchased from us for 30% of its original purchase value towards your next purchase

• If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will gladly exchange the damaged item or provide a credit note for the full purchase value, to be used towards a future purchase.

• To exchange a newly purchased item, return it to us within 10 days of receipt. You may choose to exchange it for jewelry of the same value or higher, or opt for a credit note.

• As our jewels are handcrafted with care, each piece is unique. Therefore, cancellation or refund is not available once an order is placed, even in the case of unforeseen delays. We assure our customers that we will sincerely work to fulfill every order at the earliest possible.
